Ordering of unique, custom made A.Viryent shoes starts with a discussion between you and your personal designer.

  • After measuring your feet, explain to your personal designer what kind of shoes you need, for what occasion and to what clothes.
  • Your personal designer will then draw several sketches and show you different kinds of lasts, heels, colours and materials to choose from.
  • Your personal designer is qualified and skilled to advise you what kind of shoe fits you best, and to help you find the right model, form, colour and material for you.
  • You can try on several models of our shoes to make your decision easier.
  • If necessary, a trial shoe model is made which to will be able to try at the next meeting.
  • By signing the sketch you consent with the order and confirm the selection of materials, colour, form and model of the shoe.
  • A.Viryent d.o.o., due to its expertise and professional experience, reserves the right to change the details of the shoes if the designer, while planning the cuts, establishes unfitness of certain details for the overall appearance of the shoe.
  • A.Viryent d.o.o., due to its expertise and professional experience, reserves the right to change the material of the shoes if the designer, while planning the cuts, establishes unfitness of certain materials for the final quality of the shoe.
  • These steps assure professional manufacture and the quality of the final product.
  • You pay for the professional consultation with personal designer regardless of whether you order the custom made shoe or not. The consultation price becomes a part of the final unique product price if you order it.
  • If, for any reason, you refuse to order the unique product, you are obliged to pay the expenses of the professional consultation received.
  • The balance of the placed order is to be paid when the unique product is received. Clients, not satisfied with the product, may log a complaint. Read more about complaints under Complaints and Returning of Goods. A.Viryent d.o.o. return policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act. The products remains the property of A.Viryent d.o.o. until final payment, complaints shall not stay the payment.
  • If you order a visit from your personal designer at your location – in your office or at home – you shall reimburse the designer for travel expenses connected with this visit to the desired location, regardless of whether you order A.Viryent custom made shoe or not.
  • A.Viryent shoes are made by old traditional handicraft methods of manual shoe manufacture using high-quality, soft materials. Therefore, they might not embrace your feet as strongly as shoes made of more rigid materials. Because your shoes were made of softer materials, they may slightly expand while wearing, and were therefore made slightly below the foot's measurement, allowing them to stretch over the foot while wearing. Deviations in perception of machine and manually made shoes are possible.

2. Complaint

The customer can lay claims for unique A.Viryent d.o.o. products within the statutory time limit and under the conditions for claims arising from factual defects.
